A quick, simple dish that's tasty and visually appealing.
Ingredients:
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 pound asparagus
prosciutto
Preparation:
1) Wash asparagus in cold water.
2) Boil or steam asparagus for about 15 minutes or until tender.
3) When done, wrap asparagus in prosciutto starting from its base. Leave top part of asparagus exposed.
4) Slather generous helping of olive oil over asparagus.
5) Serve.
