Description:
A semi vegetable lover who's looking for an authentic old style filipino cooking.
Ingredients:
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 whole kalabasa (squash) peeled and cut into big cubes
1 bundle of sitaw ( string beans) sliced into 1-2 inches
1 med. onion ( sliced)
3 cloves of garlic (minced)
3 tbsp. fish sauce
1/2 lbs pork meat (Cubed)
1/2 c. water
salt & pepper
Preparation:
1. In a pan put olive oil
2. Saute onion, garlic
3. Add pork meat continue cooking
until golden brown or fully cooked
4. Add fish sauce, kalabasa (squash)
sitaw (string beans) and water
season with salt & pepper
5. Simmer for a few minutes or until
vegetables are tender
6. Serve hot
