Description:
Kind of pasta cooking that is so easy to prepare
Ingredients:
1/2 lbs spaghetti pasta (cooked aldente)
1/2 chicken breast (skin removed boiled and sliced)
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. olive oil
1/2 lb or 8-9 pcs. mushroom ( sliced)
8 pcs green olives
1/2 med size onion (sliced)
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
5-6 sundried tomatoes (sliced)
Preparation:
1.cooked pasta as per box directions
set aside
2. in a pan saute onion garlic in butter and a little of olive oil to avoid butter ro burn
3. add cooked chicken, mushroom green olives and sundried tomatoes
4. seasoned with salt & pepper
5. simmer for a few minutes and served
on top of pasta
